Who operates this site

Information we process

If you create an account: your email, an optional password (stored in a one-way hashed form), whether your email is verified, and login session info. For security we may also see basic request details, such as approximate network location from our hosting provider.

Clipboard content: after you sign in, content you sync is stored in the cloud so it can appear on your other devices. In anonymous mode, content stays on this device. Existing anonymous content is uploaded only if you confirm that you want to move it to the cloud.

Security checks: when you sign in or take certain actions, we may use a third-party bot check. That check may process limited request information needed to tell humans from automated traffic.

Usage information: we may collect limited information about how the site is used—such as visits, device or browser type, and error reports—to keep the service running, understand traffic, and fix problems. Where the law requires consent or an opt-out, we will follow those rules.

Browser storage: after sign-in we use a secure session cookie; your browser may also keep language preferences and local clipboard data on this device.

Advertising

We may show ads on the site to help cover operating costs.

Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, and may process visit-related data under their own policies. Where required, this depends on your consent or other choices.

Why we use this information

To provide and sync the clipboard, keep you signed in securely, prevent abuse, improve the product, fix errors, and (when enabled) show ads that help fund the site.

Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on where you live, we may rely on: providing the service you ask for (account and sync); legitimate interests such as security and improving the site; and consent where the law requires it (for example certain cookies or personalized ads).

Sharing

We use trusted providers to host the site, send login and account emails, run bot checks, show ads, and help with basic usage stats or error monitoring. They process data only as needed for those services.

We do not sell your clipboard content. We do not share your account email with advertisers for their own marketing. Ad or analytics partners may still receive visit-related data as described above under their own terms.

Retention

Login sessions last about 7 days unless you sign out sooner.

If you delete your account, we email an export when possible and permanently remove your cloud data after about 30 days.

Usage and error logs are kept only as long as needed to run and troubleshoot the service, or as required by our providers.

Your choices

You can use anonymous mode without creating an account.

You can sign out, delete your account in the product, clear this site’s data in your browser, and block cookies with browser settings.

Where tools offer opt-out or consent controls, you can use those as well. To ask for access to or deletion of account data we hold, contact us at the email below.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International processing

Our providers may process data in more than one country. If you use the service from outside where the servers run, your information may be transferred internationally under the safeguards those providers offer.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
